Cold Plunge

Service Description

Private 10 minute access to the cold plunge tub with 5 minutes to dry, dress/robe. Awaken your senses and stimulate your blood flow with this 10 minute access to the cold plunge tub with water temp between 50-60°. Benefits from regular use include improved mood, muscle/performance recovery, balanced immune system, increase of dopamine, chronic pain relief and a decrease in cortisol therefore reducing stress and leading to better relaxation and sleep. Bathing suit optional. Robes, towels and slippers provided. It is obligatory to wear your robe outside of the sauna room.

24 hours notice cancellation policy

Clients cancelling appointments at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment will not be subject to penalty. Clients will be responsible for 100% of the cost of session if cancellations are made within 24 hours of scheduled appointment UNLESS someone from the waitlist takes the available session. No shows will be responsible for 100% of the cost of the session. This includes ANY emergencies including sudden illness, sick children, dogs on the loose, traffic, etc. Unfortunately no exceptions! Please note: If you texted or emailed with me about an appointment but you do not receive the standard email confirming your appointment, it is not in my calendar and you do not have the appointment! Please reach out to me if this happens.
